The installation is situated on the surface of a still water pool, lying between the entrance plaza and the core building. Due to the flat terrain and gentle breeze, the design concept draws inspiration from the site's wind environment. Here, the project’s name ‘Clouds In Motion’ conveys the concept of ‘cloud’ through a dynamic wind art installation.
Clouds stabilize their shapes only when the wind blows continuously. So, does the cloud we see exhibit the form of clouds or the form of wind? Since ancient times, have people lived out themselves, or are they part of the crowd created by the environment?
The cursive script ‘cloud’ erases the angles of the regular script and distils the smooth curves of the waves. It is as natural as clouds in the wind, as water in a pond. Perhaps our relationship with the world around us can also be like clouds and water, and complement each other with a flowing gesture.
